Ontology of Value**: A New Framework To Discover Your Natural Way of Creating Value as a Professional**

ABSTRACT:

We live and work in tribes: every working environment is yet another little community living by its own rules and standards. Therefore, it is essential to determine which door one should knock at given the student’s personality, working style, and values. In this seminar, we will introduce and discuss the Ontology of Value®: the world's first framework that helps students and professionals discover their natural way of producing value and learning which roles and positions are optimal to use this potential. In this framework, we combine Alfred Adler’s theory of human motivation with psychometric techniques and machine learning to build a test, Ontology of Value Test: a robust tool that helps professionals and students uncover their strengths and weaknesses as professionals, provides career advice to utilize their natural potential and to find optimal career paths.

BIO:

Natalia Bielczyk, PhD is a career & business advisor,  bootstrapper, neuroscientist, speaker, author, and blogger. She graduated from the College of Inter-Faculty Individual Studies in Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Warsaw, Poland, with a triple MS title in Physics, Mathematics, and Psychology. Thereafter, she obtained a PhD in Computational Neuroscience at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition, and Behavior, in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

In 2018, she launched a public foundation, Stichting Solaris Onderzoek en Ontwikkeling, aiming to help early career researchers find new careers in industry. Subsequently, she founded and developed Ontology of Value, an R&D and education company developing new tools and practices to help professionals in crafting their dream careers, as well as helping businesses in creating synergistic, healthy, and happy teams.

Even though she chose to work in the open job market, she is still a researcher at heart and believes in the compatibility of science and entrepreneurship. She also authors books, leads a YouTube channel, and creates educational blogs. In free time, she documents her personal journey at www.nataliabielczyk.com.
